At Pauw, we strive for perfection in every garment; however, if your purchase is not quite right, you may return or exchange items within 14 days of receipt. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with all designer tags and security seals still attached.
Request a Return
Log into your personal account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original luxury packaging and secure them within a sturdy shipping box, ensuring the completed return form is included inside.
Affix Shipping Label
Attach the pre-paid DHL shipping label provided in your original order to the outside of the box, ensuring no previous tracking labels are visible.
Drop Off or Collection
Deliver your package to the nearest authorized shipping point or schedule a complimentary courier collection through our logistics partner's website.
